Often seen in MD. Even if you remove Mira Jade, it may come back because of this guy.

I think it's strong that you can fuse on the opponent's turn as well.
The cost can be mitigated by using Grand Draft and Tragedy.
In addition, if Guardian Chimera is decided, you can remove, deploy, and secure a draw.

Even though it seems that a certain amount of strength is guaranteed just by fusing Quick-Play Spells, it's strong because it has a salvage effect as a bonus. Even if you use Fusion Destiny on the first turn, you can set it and play his Despian Fusion at the beginning of your opponent's turn... or something like that.
Salvage is the main effect, and since it can also be fused afterward, it is somewhat difficult to prepare a Despian monster in GY in advance. Is it a good idea to use a small amount of Link 1, which can be made with a single Tragedy Comedy?

In addition to being able to salvage the "Despian" monster "Fallen of Albaz", I think it's excellent that it can be optionally fusion summoned.
I think the Quick-Play Spell is also a strength.

Branded with red-dyed passion
It's like a Despian version of 《El Shaddoll Fusion》.
Being able to fuse with the Quick-Play Spell is a blessing, and if it hits the search effect of Aluber the Jester of Despia, you can evade it by using it as a fusion material, or you can make a surprise attack by suddenly issuing Despian Quaeritis or Masquerade the Blazing Dragon during your opponent's turn. .
However, monsters used as fusion materials with this card are excluded. There is no problem with Despian, who can use recovery and return effects even if removed, but the compatibility with Shaddoll is not good, so the priority will be lowered when mixed construction with other themes.
The Albus Dragon series can also be played with this, but since Albus has his own super fusion effect, it may not be necessary to rely on this card's fusion effect.
Also, since the fusion effect in the second half is optional, he can simply be used as a salvage for Despian Albus.
Conversely, if you can't salvage, you can't use the fusion effect, so there's a lot of situations where you can't get enough of it when it comes to your first hand.
Since it's a Branded card, you can bring it in with Arbel, or you can drop it with 《Albion the Shrouded Dragon》and recover it with 《Despian Tragedy》.
Depending on Albus and Despian's efforts in the future, the evaluation may go up even more.
